Pricing

Free to post. One driver subscription. Nothing taken out of the drive.

Bexongo makes money in exactly one way: a flat Bexongo Team subscription paid by drivers. Businesses post for free. There is no commission, no percentage, no booking fee, and no deduction at settlement. The price you post is the price the driver is paid.

What it costs

Free for businesses ยท driver rate on request

The driver rate is being finalised. Business accounts are free regardless.

  • Companies posting drives

Free. Post one drive a month or a hundred โ€” there is no account fee, no per-drive charge, and nothing taken from the price you set.

  • Drivers taking drives

Bexongo Team: one flat monthly subscription that activates access to available drives. Nothing is deducted from the runs you take.

  • Transport businesses

A transport business signs in with a Driver account and one driver subscription, and adds every vehicle it runs.

No commission

A platform that earns a percentage is never neutral about your price.

If Bexongo took a cut, it would earn more from expensive drives than cheap ones, and every default, every nudge, and every ranking decision would quietly lean that way. A flat subscription removes the incentive entirely. The platform is paid the same whether your drive is worth fifty euro or five thousand.

What Bexongo Team does not include

Being clear about the boundary is more useful than a long inclusions list.

  • The drive price itself

Payment for the run is between the business and the driver โ€” or their company, when they have one. Bexongo does not hold, route, or settle that money.

  • Courier work

Same-day courier is not part of the standard subscription. Contact us if you need it enabled for your account.

  • Multi-stop routing

A drive is point-to-point today. Planned multi-stop sequences are a later capability, not a paid tier.

Setting your price

Choosing the number is your job, and it is not a guess for long.

Because there is no bidding, the market signal arrives as a claim or as silence. A drive that is taken quickly was priced well. A drive that sits unclaimed is telling you something immediately, and you can cancel it and repost at a different number without having to withdraw from a negotiation or disappoint a carrier who quoted.

  • FeedbackImmediate

Claimed or not claimed, rather than a week of quotes.

  • RepostingFree

Cancel an unclaimed drive and post again at a new price.

  • ReferenceDrivers nearby

Check available capacity around your pickup before you commit to a number.

  • Start from what the run is worth to you

You know your own margins and deadlines better than an estimator does. The platform does not try to guess them for you.

  • Watch what gets claimed

Your own history across similar routes and vehicle classes becomes the most reliable pricing reference you have.

  • Nobody is bidding against you

There is no race to the bottom to be caught in, and no carrier being asked to undercut another.

Compared with what you may be used to

Where the money goes on each model.

The same drive, on two different revenue models.

  • Commission platform

    The cut is invisible

The shipper pays one number, the carrier receives a smaller one, and the difference is the platform's revenue.

  • Bidding marketplace

    The price is discovered late

The shipper waits for offers and several carriers do unpaid work that comes to nothing.

  • Bexongo

The price is stated and kept

One number, set up front, paid in full to the driver. The platform is paid separately by subscription.

Pricing model explained

A full description of how Bexongo charges and what it deliberately does not charge for.

Subscription, both sides

Businesses post for free. Drivers hold the Bexongo Team subscription on their own account, and its status is what activates the ability to claim, so an inactive plan simply means the driver cannot take drives until it is reactivated. Billing is handled in the driver app.

No commission on the drive

The price attached to a drive is set by the business posting it and is paid in full to the driver's side. Bexongo takes no percentage, applies no booking fee, and makes no deduction at settlement. This is the single most important difference from a commission marketplace, and it is why the platform has no financial interest in what any drive is worth.

No bidding, so no price discovery cost

There is no request-for-quote stage, which means no waiting for the business and no unpaid quoting for carriers. The cost of finding a price on a traditional marketplace is real but hidden, paid in staff time on one side and wasted effort on the other. Removing the round removes that cost from both.

Optional capabilities

Courier work sits outside the standard subscription and can be enabled by arrangement. Multi-stop routing is a planned capability rather than a paid upgrade. Anything of this kind is discussed directly rather than presented as a tier ladder designed to push accounts upward.
